Privacy notice

Menteo, located in Cd. Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you share with us through this site, in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Data we collect

We collect the data you give us through the contact form, the site chat or WhatsApp: name, email, phone, your business name and whatever you tell us about your project. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

How we use it

We use your data to answer your request, prepare quotes and proposals, and follow up on the business relationship. As a secondary purpose we may send you information about our services; if you'd rather not receive it, write to hola@menteo.mx and we'll stop.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. It is only shared with the providers that help us run the site: the email service that delivers your message and, in the chat, the Google artificial intelligence service that generates the assistant's replies. Otherwise we would only disclose it when an authority requires it by law.

Chat with an automated assistant

The site chat is handled by an automated assistant. What you type there is processed to generate replies and, once you leave your contact details, the conversation is sent to our team for follow-up. Please don't share sensitive information in the chat.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores technical data in your browser that it needs to work, such as remembering that you've already seen the loading screen.

Your rights

You may access, rectify or cancel your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent by writing to hola@menteo.mx. Tell us your name, the right you want to exercise and how to reach you. We reply within 20 business days.

If this notice changes, we'll publish the updated version on this page with its date.
